La’Ron Tukes, Co-Founder and CEO of Quality Service Solutions LLC, brings a diverse background in logistics, transportation, sourcing, business development, real estate, sales, and service-based operations. A military veteran and seasoned entrepreneur, his experience includes coordinating people, products, vendors, and resources across supply, distribution, property, and facility services. At QSS, La’Ron brings a disciplined, solutions-driven approach built on strong partnerships, reliable execution, and turning opportunities into results.
Maurcrei Thibodeaux
Co-Founder & COO
Maurcrei Thibodeaux brings a people-centered, multidisciplinary background to her role as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Quality Service Solutions, with experience spanning construction, real estate investment, education, legal consulting, fitness, and community development. With 8 years in the construction labor industry at the journeyman level and 8 years of real estate investing experience, Maurcrei understands the importance of quality workmanship, operational excellence, accountability, and building strong professional relationships.
A national bodybuilder and certified personal trainer, Maurcrei embodies discipline, leadership, wellness, and continuous personal development. As a former educator and legal consultant, she takes pride in working alongside skilled tradespeople, businesses, government agencies, and community organizations to create opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and support sustainable growth.
